I would dare suggest that there is plenty going on behind the scenes away from the public eye with regard to shoring up finance. The management have far more at stake here than most H.C. participants. From what I can gather finance is a bit tighter now than in previous times. That is shown up by the number of failed ventures that the banks have had to carry in the past.

In any case...if a project is worth its while then it will get the required funding, just be patient and if that is not possible then move on. No-one is forced to remain an investor of any company.

That is of course if a person has any money invested in the company. Otherwise they are just part of the peripheral noise.
