Good advice there in the 3rd person. Shame about the guidance time frame longer than expected due to factor outside our control. My house had a 16week construction time frame, at 24 weeks I got the keys. Should I have called the bank at 16 weeks and said stop the draw downs I'm going to default - sounds silly doesn't it? ;-)
