They are probably waiting to get the results back to say the right flake size would be my guess,you wouldn't want to be the big cheese and say the flake size is the hugest flakes known to man all over the place then the sp rise to 2 dollars only for the results to come back and the general size be alot smaller then the sp drop to .10 that would make people loose belief in the company and that will be the end of them.
