I think before the company sells out to the Chinese they/we/SH should consider the 2012 buyout of Talison Resources. This was Australias first or early Lithium Producer, in Greenbushes, which in 2012 was on the way to producing or already producing 350,000 tpa (obviously pricing was different per tonne back then). Bought for $860 Million.

Think, where shareholders would be now, if it had not gone into private hands, just for the short term gains of the executive board and directors.
If AVZ has the goodies (which we all kind of know they do), then I would not want to consider a buyout until it reaches a 5$-$10Billion Market Cap. But I'm not a trader, so others may disagree.
