If a buyout is agreed to, you get cashed out. If you have options, you get cashed out also minus the 3c conversion which seems like a nice deal with the 4-5c lag to heads lately. I don't think that will happen until AVZ spends some of its cap raise cash to do some extensive exploration drilling to better define the resource though.
