Pelm - The SS&T clafication to ASX that Timeone had ilegally transfered their holding to WEG and that SS&T still has a beneficial interest in 20% of PLV stock is still current - No sub holder change of notice for SS&T has been lodged - ( penalaties exist with ASIC and ASX ) for incorrect notices as you are not doubt aware.

I would have thought that WEG and or PLV would have issued their own ASX notice in dispute of the SS&T claim if they thought it to be in dispute .

Was it a another clerical stuff up Ex director Wang said her 20% holding was back with Timeone ? I imagine that is the case given the Cocaktoo J/V notice is back on with WEG - Hey but whats in name both WEG and Timeone are BVI registered shelf comanies who really knows who put up the $$$$ for the 20% - 35.5c stake ?
