Hmmm! Interesting perspective. Don't ask me why but I give them a little more credit than you do ... but that is probably my error.
You see I think they can do two things at once. For example, they can sort out issues as you say and release a quarterly cash flow report : they can sort out issues and release a activities report. See what I mean by two things at once. They can sort out issues and communicate with shareholders!!!! Not that hard for a highly paid CEO!
What do they gain by attempting to answer your questions,
What an amazing contemptuous attitude. Maybe they gain satisfied shareholders that will not sell out at first opportunity. Maybe they gain shareholder that will be willing to contribute at a next cap raising. maybe they gain a little respect! Basic stuff really
