One thing I learned during my employment - if you are prepared to give a date/ time, double it. When you come in before that date/time your a hero! Why haven't good mgt learned this simple yet effective rule? I bet if they said sometime in August and released in June everyone would say what a great mgt team running this company. Why this continual over-promising and under-delivering - wake up!
