I think Palmer's seemingly unquenchable thirst for law suits is at least a little bit scary at this stage, even a positive outcome initially could (and probably will) roll into further legal action which will drag out into further uncertainty.

Even I'm nervous about how long he could drag this out or what impact he might have on the actual operations out of Buckland in the end...

I agree with Mac - we are probably looking at a potential pull-back here in the short-medium term I don't think she will see 80c again but possibly low 90's or high 80's as this gets sorted.

I think she will be a buy at those prices & have told a few friends to make sure they buy in if they see the ticker around those levels.
