I'm concerned with their disclosure to the market.
"Once an entity is or becomes aware of any information concerning it that a reasonable person would expect to have a material effect on the price or value of the entity's securities, the entity must immediately tell ASX that information." - ASX Listing Rule 3.1
"Due to unexpected delays at assay laboratories the Company expects the completion of its maiden resource to be delayed until the middle of May." - AZH Company Update 11/04/12
It is now almost June. Either they have the information regarding the maiden resource or they don't. If they do, and haven't released it to the market they are in violation of ASX Listing Rule 3.1. If they don't have it, then there are delays or issues that the market must be informed about. If they don't update the market then they are not continuously disclosing because delays have a material effect on the share price. (i.e. People SELL when promised deadlines are not kept!)
