While I like the idea of a Royal Commission into SMM activities, to say that AVQ should have somehow pushed for such a Commission to take advantage of the High Court win, is a tad unrealistic.

Also it is the responsibility of the S.I. Government to implement any such Commission not Ryan Mount or AVQ.

RM and AVQ management have had their hands full with all these legal moves and IMO I don't think shareholders harassing them with emails or phone calls about Royal Commissions is going to help at this stage. It would probably be a better idea to write to the Minister of Mines over there instead, or even to the local newspapers to garner some interest on these matters.

It may turn out however, that a recommendation into SMM's activities could be one of the findings that are recommended by the Appeals Court judges (assuming a likely win by us).
