afraid this is actually pretty standard for start up miners - shares race on speculation then slow to a crawl once construction starts.

lom's a bit different in that there isnt a quantified resource yet - normally you have that before you set up mining facilities - that would be the thing to really get the stock moving if it was good

id be surprised if an ML actually moves the SP much - important though it is.

unless maybe there are some funds who cant buy the stock without it having a granted ML.

Finding more diamonds and quantifying a commercially viable pipe - thats whats needed.
