I joined HC on Jan 1st 2010 specifically for the property forum. Had I use HC as a stock tipper during the GFS, I'd be in serious trouble.
It's pretty intense those property dead enders. Apart from getting really upset if you point out house prices would crash, they also TOU you for not saying Good Afternoon.
