Chand, i have absolutely no doubt that the 2 shareholders you mentioned would already know thew answer to the question. It would beggar belief that R.T would still be in his current position if he were to make a habit of keeping them in the dark. He knows which side his bread is buttered on. He stays M.D by the grace of SBM & J.Pitt. He simply does not have the numbers to survive a spill if they wanted him gone !!!!!!

I agree totally that he could learn to communicate better with everyone else who contribute to paying his generous salary & benefits !
