Massive? It's only got a 30mil cap currently. To double that, lets say they need to make 30million revenue.
They only need to enlist 30-40 new hospitals out of the total 5700 in the USA. Margin can be fairly average (10-15%) on that revenue and still get a PE of 20 on the overall company.
It'll be slow growth, but the same could of been said about CAJ. Forward looking potential always rains supreme.
