This whole MST situation has to be one of the most corrupt or playing of Australian business law, ASX listing rules etc I have ever seen.

While daily reports were given for 2-3 weeks of some mysterious investor just cant get to the bank because of Typhoons or whatever, then its all over...no wait...here comes another......all the while O'Dwyer has been letting multi-millions sell on a daily basis into the public in return for a bigger bank balance.

I dont think many would argue what will happen short term....the company being wound up, someone who is pupateering the whole situation gets the IP and O'Dwyer doesn't even have to get paid by the new IP holders, he gets his pay check from public money...or those still believe MST will be around one day.

Great technology....maybe too good and stronger forces just have to have it.

It was a good story for a while. Hopefully people can salavage something before it implodes and hopefully also people wont be scratching their heads holding worthless scrip down the track as one thing nice about the whole MST situation....they have provided ample opportunities for everyone to exit....just dont expect it to last forever.
