And i disagree with the figures and i think you miught all benefit from an audit and taking these Directors to task on their professionalism.

No direction being given and yet everyone is just accepting what they say each week as gospel without cross-examining them.

Who keeps the Directors in check?

You have approx 1 month of money left, so you have 4 wks to pull a rabbit out of a hat. Forget about Octobers repayment date, they need to get there first.
Oh the magic of accounting, that miraculously the company has almost enough $ to take them to Oct, give or take a couple of weeks. It needs to be looked into heavily!
