Management of this stock have alot to answer for with regards to the share price.
You can have the best project you like, and a huge resource, but if the only updates the market gets are in your quarterly its pretty bloody pathetic.
Shareholders get frustrated with the lack of news and communication. FMG is a good example of how to deal with shareholders, constant updates on where the projects at, what progress has been made, etc.
Management needs to learn to communicate to the market better, good project or not, there silence is there own worst enemy.
