In the case of RMS a lot of the capex for FY20 at least is associated with new ore sources being Tampia and Marda. Edna May UG also probably included.
Sustaining capital is about sustaining production from an already producing ore source, not sustaining production at a company level.
By following the company for a few years it has been fairly evident that they struggle to build cash vs what the operating margin is.
