WA Govt cannot let a precedence be set here as it will jeopardise all mining & exploration investment in the state.

These are the same people who lay claim to the CBD of Cairns & any other money earning areas in the country, all the water in our river systems if any revenue is being derived from it etc, all on the grounds of heritage.
