Weather events are NOT CLIMATE mung bean.

However when it comes to climate let's ask the awkward question. I guess a YES or NO answer is all that is required in this instance.
Is a weak upper jet ream the reason for these weather blocking events?

If you answer yes. Is it because of CO2 or other?
