Yes I agree. Research top surgeons and you will see they are sponsored by the big guys like Edwards and Medtronic. They even put their names on some of their products. Europeans are a little more forward thinking and seem to be adopting this first but the Americans don't seem to be broadcasting their usage much as yet. We are stealing from some big players
