you may be right, but if there is enough of us holding over 20% we can throw the offer back into their face; if there is 10.1% of us we can stop a compulsory take over and in time they may have to offer us a fabulous sum to mop us up.

This time as some of us think, they are more in a hurry to take over as they have plans to get the ore into China.
Do you think they are going to pay interest on their borrowings year after year if they can start mining the ore?
They may not even be able to pay to many years of interest.
