Given the continual deception and lies from Wah Nam, I would be surprised to find any reputable ASX listed company wanting to deal with them at all, let alone go into a long term JV with them.

On the subject of deception, have not heard much about Luk and HKICAC, or was that just a ruse too to try to frighten BRM shareholders that their Chairman may be a crook?

Oh, and where is the latest on BRM's new CEO? Paterson alluded in early December that they were very close...a 3 month+ search suggests to me more deception.

I could go on but you can see the underlying themes of lies and deception. Any right-minded ASX company would be running away asap from these guys.
