I'm pretty sure that WNI has the numbers to go to 80% and then delist BRM. They've gone over the share register with a fine tooth comb and left nothing to chance. Note how Norgard had to declare an additional 8,000 shares. After seeing how they acquired control I'm not deluded enough to believe they'll improve the offer.
I've managed to buy 30K extra shares in the last couple of weeks but noticed today that there has been lots of buy orders placed ahead of mine. Not sure if it's other BRM holders trying to increase the NO vote or if it's WNI associates buying to accept the offer and pick up WNI stock at 3-4 cents.
I'm prepared to risk trading WNI on the Hong Kong exchange hence have no desire to sell cheaply like some are doing now. International trading is available through Commsec, so makes it less of a concern should my shares be compulsorily acquired.
