In my mind it is pretty simple, in the run up to Fracking the first well there could be a build up, if the fracking produces commercial flow rates then good times roll.
If not then they don't until bkp's drill is completed, then the process of fracking continues unless someone pulls out ETC.
No crystal ball to see it that way.
