Of course it is a deliberate attempt to crash the price - just as it was on April 12th and 15th - and on lots of other occasions.
These are 'not for profit' paper trades that are timed for when the global market is at it's thinnest and consequently have maximum effect.
Such is the state of the market and the total absence of proper regulation of these big operators.
