Many companies know of the impending need to raise cash. They disclose this when they actually do it. If you didn't think there was a risk of a capital raising that is on you as an investor/trader.
As to your other point you are seriously complaining about Lynas trading to raise the price? Would you rather we raised at 65 cents? My god.
