goldenchook i suggest they have wanted to raise money for a while now its just they couldn't get it with the TOL being suspended.
suspension lifted = cash raised.
Im glad the price got bumped up in the 10 min period. Are you suggesting the Lynas board leaked the CR info so mates could short it for 10 minutes? Thats drawing a low bow and a dangerous accusation i would of thought.
More likely the investment bank organising a possible CR was the leaky ship. If your beef is with bankers/shorters/hedge funds then no problem. Companies short on cash get backed into a corner by these parasites all the time. I dont see a way around it with the current regulations. Best to just raise the cash as soon as possible and move on.
Dont wait like ERA or SWM.
