my guess is that an announcment is due in two or three weeks. when the shares had been sitting in the thirties, a month or two back, there was a sudden spurt of buying on a friday. i thought that this might be a precurser to an announcement, two or three weeks down the track - this proved to be the case. i often notice this behaviour in stocks. the insiders who are privy to the information, talk, and those who care to listen, often jump in and buy.
