I spoke with Phil late this afternoon, a very pleasant and honest chap, I asked why there was no ann and as stated in the report there is a back log of 8-10 weeks for results awaiting (since sept 07)

He told me he had fired of a e-mail requesting the array results and anticipated next week sometime.

He did not ramp or down ramp and there was no speclative questions asked.
