Seemed bit odd but someone buying with more than 50% discount from last cap. Raise of 8c. May be they getting new contract or financial help from US gov. Just a guess or some one just bought thinking small market cap. Who knows, but at least climb to 10c would be better. Lot of retailers have lost on this stock, bad time to give something back.
