Pending on the scale you look at we're either in bull or bear, short term is definitelty bear, broadly flat to declining maybe till end of year?
10 year cycle suggests we are in final flat of a corrective & close to a bull market.
next cycle out from the 1929 wall street crash suggests we are in bear.
& worst of all the millenium cycle looks like we are just started into a 1 to 2 century long corrective: global warming?
