More like the sound of irrational sellers. All other things being equal, the best time to sell when the share price was on the rise above 20 cents. The worst time to sell is when the sp has drifted down to 10 cents.
Those panicked sellers now will probably be the ones buying when its trading higher.
They keep following the crowds and wonder why they're never in front.
