    I can go back a lot further than the '90's Sharks and to my mind property has been far too expensive all the way along ,never more so than now.

    Fortunately having a family necessitated me buying and investing in properties otherwise I'd still be wishing and hoping.

    I can understand younger people's frustration with the escalating house prices but my first home lone was for around 30k and I thought that I'd never possibly repay that in my lifetime. It scared the pants off me.

    So personally I can see why everyone thinks it's a bubble but I wouldn't be betting on it coming down in inner city areas to any significant degree
