Surf, i felt it was brushed over too. He basically left his vote until the day of the AGM and called a poll.
He obviously voted against Robert Scott being re-elected(in my opinion only, scott just seems to be along for the ride, as he is a director in many other companies also).
I was going to post about this straight after the AGM, but there seemed enough negative sentiment out there already.
Its a total train wreck now, so what does it matter.
Basically we have a pretty unhealthy relationship where Mark Lindsay- Title: Group Vice President Offshore Services, is voting to oust a direct member of the Neptune board.
With a rift between the board and the layers directly below the board how can they work together effectively to get this going in the right direction.
If anything he is probably as upset as most other shareholders, and wishes he didnt get involved in Neptune. The Tri-Surv business was fine before it joined neptune, but it was probably hunted by Lange to become bigger and better as part of this huge empire that was going to take over the offshore market.
