From what I can see it is over 5 months since AVQ shareholders...

From what I can see it is over 5 months since AVQ shareholders have heard from their CEO.
Along with a growing failure list of reporting and compliance obligations, you would have to ask the obvious questions, where is he? and why has he failed to communicate an explanation to the very people who employ him?
How can someone who was drawing over $750k+ pa disappear without any explanation to their employer? After all, it is shareholders money that has paid his salary and benefits for several years.
If he had resigned, was sick, injured, or worse I would expect the market would have been informed.
Is he deliberately avoiding or hiding from shareholders, his employer? and if so, why? and what would be his motives for doing so?
