And what of the Australian gold tenements we own, surely there is value there to be spun.

Any resource lawyers here who might know how we can take control of either the SI or Aus assets?

We don’t seem to be insolvent yet, can we take over the company now? Can we approach ASIC ? What about calling a EGM? Are there class action or other lawyers?

I’m focussed on first the AUS gold ground but also obviously nickel

Can we the current owners take control of the company somehow, can we become its administrators?

There is something OGX and AVQ have in common. Also MOZ (now VRC), MBN and IDC. All cactus or close to. Don't know about anyone else, but I first heard about all these companies from the one place. Wish I hadn't. Know better now.
