    You are absolutely spot on to focus on that moment in time, because HAD they followed the LAW from the beginning in relation to Land Title issues we would all be rolling in $$$$$$ BUT either RM and his band of Merry Men or the Lawyers that they paid big bucks for Stuffed Up. You tell me?
