    If the licences get sorted on both AVM and TGS, then IMO it might be best to merge the companies at these levels.

    AVM have some processing infrastructure but are short of finance, TGS is cashed up, carries no debt and have the [email protected]% Cu (or [email protected]% Cu hg core) plus other prospective.

    Are the AVM/TGS prospect proximal?

    Personally, apart from D.Y. I doubt the TGS's management teams ability to get this up and retain value for shareholders (looking at the other related companies).

    Merging with AVM, while taking out some upside might provide a reasonable chance of success.

    Any other thoughts on the idea of a merger?
