Not quite sure how they were derived...and you used 40% instead of the eventual 20%.
Probably best to restrict comparisons to CBM peers with recent value equations, such as AOE and QGC.
Need also to consider their life cycle...more developed projects will be valued higher.
Then you have apples with apples.
