As an experienced share trader, I was so surprised that the directors only hold this little shares !!I will wait and will only subscribe if the SP move well above 16C. The reason being someone can push up the SP easily to entice share holders to take up the SPP due to low volume traded. The SP may drop back to 13C after the closing date. I was burned once before taking the full entitlement at 50C on one of the company as the SP magically move up to 60C few days before the closing date from 52C, it dropped below 50C after the closing date. The SP was trading around 40C when I receives my shares few weeks later.

Just something to be aware of..Hopefully this is not the case for TON.
