Went through something very similar with PRE a couple of months back with their SPP of .006
We all sat there watching the SP slip down (with the occasional prop to keep it up IMO)
From memory PRE put out good announcements a couple of days just before the deadline pushing it up to twice (1.2 Cents) of the SPP.
After the dust settled we found ourselves sitting on average, above the one cent mark so the entire process proved to be beneficial to all concerned with the extra $ now lining the coffers for more works.
Maybe HAW is doing the same thing and this is why we have had a delay in many of our expected results?
The test here will be what our management does to make sure this SPP is a success for all, especially those of us who have held long term despite the loss.
