especially seeing they haven't explained why they needed the placement to the unknown sophisticated investor to raise $400,000 with almost $1.9 mill in the bank followed by this spp at a price close to its 52 week low. S'holders might be rewarded if the sp rises in the meantime, however i get back to why raise the money now with 1.9 in the bank?
