I'm figuring that RFG will continue to trade into the future, but at the moment it is difficult to see how.
Too much debt, not enough income.
Share price is way too depressed to do a capital raise.
But perhaps it will go into voluntary administration to be recapitalised.
Which assets do you think they'll sell and to who?
There is more than one way to make money from RFG, and unfortunately, it is probably not as a shareholder or franchisee.
But some company is going to pick up some assets on the cheap I would think.
My bet is that Hudson will get sold off, being the most recent acquisition, it's probably the best prepared for sale. Question is, who is a likely buyer?
