The current markets present an interesting opportunity to invest in quality Australian banks that are well capitalised. I was just wondering which bank is most undervalued at the moment and which one would have the greatest exposure to any upturn when it eventuates.
I like ANZ because of its smaller domestic loan book as it is not tied too much to the Australian residential property market as the other banks, while increasing its institutional lending business in Asia. Open to any suggestions.
