I've been with CBA since the dollarmite days and though had considered switching over the years, just never did due convenience, familiarity and being too lazy to change. But lately I've been wanting to maximise saving interest earnings and tbh there is no incentive to stay with CBA. New customers get higher interest rates offers than loyal continuing customers. Doesn't feel very fair so I am currently researching U-bank, AMP, HSBC and planning to move on.
Have any of you switched from CBA or one of the big 4 in favour of more competitive savings interest rates, and if yes what has your experience been like? Any regrets or surprises?
Cheers
