which benefits most from infrastructure invest

With the budget coming up, which civil construction and engineering contractor will benefit most from infrastructure spend? I have got LEI, MAH and UGL as the three major beneficiaries.

It looks like LEI has already had its run, up 20% plus in the past five days. UGL is only up 3.75% in past five days whereas MAH has only done 2.60%. I would be wary of touching LEI as it drops like a lead balloon when the good news comes out, just like how it dropped from 23 to 19 after RGP5 was announced (buy on rumour, sell on fact). But that is just my opinion.

I would pick UGL and MAH as better candidates for further increase in SP (thanks to MikeMennell for bringing to my attention UGL's strengths in the rail sector).

I would be interested to see where others think they might get the best bang for their buck with the budget spend.
