I’m wanting to hold. I see value from here and am a long term investor. i must admit this entire de-listing process has been a nightmare for unsophisticated investors! I’ve contacted computershare and ANZ for advice and guidance of how to easily go through this process and retain my shares but each person I’ve spoken to has expressed their own frustration and confusion with the process. I would love to hear from any investors who are in the same boat and wish to create a step by step thread to help retain shares when they change occurs to the TSX. I don’t think it’s fair that a complicated, murky process is assumed to be the full responsibility of shareholders to figure out. Having never had any of my stocks be de listed it’s another eye opener of the disparity between company obligations/shareholder rights. cheers, doc

Its an exercise in simplification to facilitate takeover. OGC has some not bad assets just been badly managed for years. Board has been cleaned out & Aus/NZ influence that was responsible for poor performance removed.
