Shorting has a long history with brokers.......but in previous times has caused massive problems enough to now exercise caution....I remember Sam Bagley and Co with saddness. Talking 1960's....many traders went bust as did the firm and I collected one of the last cheques owed to clients issued by the firm....and more tragedy followed for the firm.I am reminded that history has a place as I read the hopeful posts here.......marvelous as the internet is and helpful to day to day trading...but nothing is really new...just faster.
